Bidding Rules & Regulations…The following are some rules and regulations to ensure a smooth process for the silent auction taking place on our facebook page in a photo album for Filly Tracks to help raise money for horse rescues and horses in need. These rules and regulations are valid as of August 19, 2010. Bidding:To place a bid on an item simply comment on the photo of that item in the album. Be sure to leave your bid on the first photo of the item your interested in – bids on any other photos of an item are not valid. If you do not have facebook, you can place a bid by emailing me, Ali (ali@fillytracks.com). To bid by email, please include your first and last name, the amount of your bid, and the item you wish to bid on. Your bid will be considered valid when I email you back a conformation email, and place a comment on the item you bid with your first name, last initial, and your bidding amount. I will notify you if you are outbid within 24 hours. Reserve Price:A reserve price may be set on any item at auction, and will typically remain hidden from the bidders. A reserve price is a price set over the minimum bid to ensure a desired amount is received for that item. If bidding on an item fails to reach the reserve price by the auction end the item may be relisted at a later date, or the auctioneer may decide to do away with the reserve price. Winning:If you have won an item I will comment letting you know you’ve won, with a total cost due. When bidding, you are assuming responsibility for the payment of that item. Payments:If you have won an item, payment of that item is due within 7 days of the auction ending. If there is a problem and you cannot complete the payment within 7 days of the auction ending, please let one of the admins know promptly. If the winning bidder cannot make payment, the second winner may be contacted to see if they are still interested in purchasing the item for their bid amount. Methods of payment being accepted are:

(This means your item may not ship for 7-14 days after your check is received) ***You may receive a $20.00 fee for each returned check. Return Policy:All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Shipping:We are willing to ship all over the world. However, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the item won. If there are additional fees for international shipping the buyer is responsible. Delivery conformation is included in the shipping cost listed unless otherwise stated.
